Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
i booked a fla tat chandigarh during pre launch in may 2005.I paid the booking amount and filled up the registration form which says flat will be ready in 24 months ...however builders have revised the area also and in agreement paper they have made the period 36 months from date of registration ie from dec 2007. i have paid 11.2 LAKHS OUT OF 34 LAKHS. construction is very slow and he can not meet the target. they are working on only few towers out of so many. he ha sdone only excavation work in my tower. I want my money back. what shall i do?

Issue a notice and then file a consumer litigation.
Approach me, your problem will be sold and he will pay you entire amount.
First we will send legal notice and then consumer court. Either he has to return money or have to give immediate possession.
