Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
I booked a flat on Sep 2005 at malad east, mumbai. The promoter promised me possession and stated in the agreement by Jan 2006. I have also done full payment to him. But till now I haven't got possession and whenever I call him on phone or meet him personally then he giving me time of 4-5 months times. I am really very frustrated as I am paying EMI every moth also leaving in the rental accommodation. Can you please suggest me what can I do? Is there any procedure for compensation against this delay by promoters?
