Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
we have booked in a flat in a township. All the buildings are not yet ready. The builder is giving us possession in time but is not providing occupancy certificate. is it our right to get an occupancy certificate from the builder and should we be accepting possession without this document? Can we move the consumer court against builder in this case.

without occupation certificate the possession is unauthorised, you can issue notice and move the consumer court against the builder.
