Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
I have bought a bike Discover 110 cc on 29 january 2011 through a broker who sells second hand bikes.At the time of purchase he gave me xerox of the Registration and insurance and gave me a carbon copy of recipt of his shop about selling of the bike.he kept original and told that he will transfer registration and renew the insurance.till now,when i go to his shop or call to his phone he says it will come tomorrow.this is third month.i am in tamil nadu and don't know tamil.i know only hindi and english.please tell me how i can proceed to get my bike's document as every time on signal police ask me documents and charge me heavily as they talk in tamil and me in english so they make fun of me.please help me in get rid of this problem.thanks.
