i bought a medicine but when i open it i got empty jar so i wanna know how much claim i can do it?

Dear Sir / Madam,
A sale is complete only when the money is realized. So if you have paid for the medicine and it has been delivered to you without the prescribed contents stated on the label, your claim is limited to the price of the medication.
