I had brought a whirlpool white pro xl 800h fully automatic washing machine on June 28th, 2010.

Since then I have no end to the troubles from the machine.

When it was opened and installed by the company technician, we found the plug in a rotten condition. The head of the plug was fully scratched with a denting color different from the original color. It looked like the machine was used before.

This we had mentioned in the first installation report as the customer's remarks and asked for the suitable response on this.

Within 15 days of usage, the water-inlet nozzle was damaged and the company's technician repaired it by replacing with a new one.

From the day one we had faced wash quality problem as the clothes after wash had white spots on it.

This we had informed to the dealer. He said that only Surf Excel detergent powder would cure this. After his suggestion we started using Surf Excel for top loading washing machines.

But of no use.. the white spots were left on the clothes even then.

Dealer then raised a call on improper wash quality. The technician visited and said that we have to use a powder for cleaning washing machine to rectify this. During his visit we had also informed him that the murkier clothes were cleaned properly and the dirt still remained on the clothes after wash.

He put the sample powder in the washing machine and said that the problem would be resolved. But even that was also of no use.

Nearly after 2 months of using, it still had no ends to the washing problems.

And one fine day, the machine started to vibrate out of control and we reported the same problem to the dealer.

Dealer had raised a complaint for us in the whirlpool's call centre. The technician visited and repaired the some point below the machine near to the wash drum.

But by then my family was no more interested in using it anymore and they hired a maid to wash clothes.

Near after two months of service from maid, i felt that after investing Rs. 18000 on a washing machine, I had to pay 700 bucks every month to the maid.

I asked the dealer about his response on the never ending problems of WM. He said that he cannot do anything except to raise calls with the company. I demanded that it is a defective piece and has to be replaced immediately. Which he bluntly said that it would not be done and said do whatever you would like to do.

this made me to think and asked my family to use the washing machine and let's call the reps as and when the machine gives more problems,

after this we had again made several calls to the call centre directly. the one was when the small handkerchief got stucked in the drum. Due to which the WM again started to vibrate out of control and with huge sound.

Wash quality never improved despite implementing all kinds of suggestions from the technicians.

and now the Last three calls were not responded. I kept calling but only to hear false promises from the call centre.

I request to please advice me how to get justice on this.

I live in Pimple Saudagar area of Pune.
