Buider not registered Co-op Housing Society after collecting Rs8,40,000,not executed deed of conveyance,has sold open spaces belonging to soc to shop owners by constructing illegal wall and door behind each shop.sanctioned plan had 13 parking spaces However only 9 parking spaces provided to the members,other 4 parking spaces have been connected and transformed into 2 flats on the ground floor,members facing acute parking problems.not provided basic amenities hence members contributed for the following,Society Registration Rs8,40,000,Installation of submersible pump andlabour chrge Rs18,256,increased the Safety Wall height due to frequent thefts Rs.25,500,Water Pump 3HP(3 Phase)motor instln with electric conectn&labour;chrgs Rs15,210,PCW Pipeline of 2� diameter

Rs.28,378 material&labour;Rs 26,600&work;order from Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation Rs54,978

Main Gate wheel and path work Rs. 2,600,Nursery Work and labour charges Rs. 1,875,Board painting (names of the members)Rs.1,200,Installation of 7,500 ltrs water tank on �B� wing (inclusive of labour charges)Rs. 53,100. how can soc get the above expenses refunded from builder? the contract for sale signed betwn parties mentions tht builder will not provide for the above, is it fair? and what remedy? should we go to consumer forum, plz guide.
