Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
Can one build a 3rd floor without getting NOC from other occupents as current building has basement, ground , first and second floors. As per new rules conditional 3rd floor is only possible if there is no basement and building needs to be on stilts.

in that case the third floor will be unauthorised (illegal).
