Legal Question in Consumer Law in India

My builder has delayed the project for more than 24 months. Intially they
were reday to pay compensation for the delayed period of 24 months. Now
they are saying they will not pay anything for the initial 6 months as
court allow 6 months delay in bulk construction. Is this correct
that the 6 month delay is allowed in the bulk construction although there
were a delay of 24 months in the possession of the flat.

you may file a complaint before the consumer forum or state commission depending upon the cost of subject matter.

even if 6 mnths delay is allowed still now its 24 mnths how he will justify that

u can file consumer complaint as suggested above
