Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
Builder is demanding extra money to provide posession letter, what can I do? currently I am staying in same flat, pls advice, he has sent me letter to pay balance amt and take posession letter, but as per agreement I have paid full amount.

Please check with your Builder, if any amount is still unpaid, because you have written he is asking for the balance amount. If nothing is unpaid, seek an assistance from a local lawyer, whereby first dend him a Legal Notice and then you can prosceed further with the Court.
