Legal Question in Consumer Law in India

A builder had handed over a constructed building but there was no accompanying documents like approved building plan or layout plan though at the time of floating the project he had said to be in possession of same.

Quite sometime had passed from the day of handing over and loan could not be obtained on the building as institution lending loan on proerty insist on the approved drawings.

Can the affected party sue the builder in Consumer Forum for unfair trade practise? Wil the time limitation bar will prevent such an application from being accepted by the Forum?

Absolutely the affected person go to consumer court or other cout for asking loss and damages.

Law of limitation may not affect the cause if you prove that you have acted like a person

what should have been done under normal condition and you revealed the matter just now

while in loan process futher the builder have misguided and falsely implicated you.At first

stage you should send a lowyers notice asking you to compensate. For further clarification
