Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
Builder has given possession of flats about one year back. He has collected one year maintenance in advance. Now he has appointed one member from society as secretary to run the society(Proposed)
and collect the maintenace such as propety tax, water charges. etc. Pl.advice me whther secretary nominated by the builder is legally correct or otherwise?

If he collected maintenance charges then he cannot appoint anybody to collect it again.
You may approach the police or consumer court.
