Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
Builder promised use to give possession before Dec 2012 in written Agreement. But given possession on June 2012.
Can I demand for Interest?
What is the law for this?

When the builder has given you possession prior to the date mentioned in the Agreement, there is no question of demanding any interest or compensation for early completion.

On what basis are you demanding interest? He has given possession earlier then promised.
