Builders Flats

We have booked a flat in January 2006 under pre launching scheme by the builder at Karnal . Builder promised in advanced registeration form that allotment of flat will be given within 6 months . Incase of failure client will be refunded advance registeration with interest at the rate of 8% in December 2006 builder alloted the flat no. and demaded 15% of the amount . i have paid the amount .l I have no aggrement with the builder for the last 18 months there is no construction activity at site . the work is incompleted i want to get refund with interest . plz tell them to refund the money

You can file you claim in consumer court and you will not get the interest @8% but @18%
