Builtup Area Of flat
The Builder has mentioned 860 Sq Ft Builtup area in allotment letter, while in aggreement he has mentioned 49.964 Sq.M. Carpet area, but on site builtup area is 100 sq Ft.less than mentioned in brouchers or allotement letter. Can i get back money from builder as he has taken more money by showing more builtup area

yes you can, you can also file a complaint against your bulider in the consumer court
