Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
In a business account, if a person is not satisfied with the services of the bank and want to file a case against that bank, then in which court can that person file the case. Can he file the case in consumer court?

Banks in India normally provides 2 types of accounts - Savings Bank A/c and Current Bank A/c.
A Consumer Forum can be approached for deficiency in services. "not satisfied with services of bank" may not have any meaning in courts/forum.

intially u can go to banking ombudsman
than if not satisfied than can go to consumer forum
