Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
I got a call from vendor saying buy product from timesjob.Com worth 1600 rupees. He said you will get calls from consultancies all over mumbai regarding job opportunities. I said okay and paid online on timesjob.Com 1600rs.
They called me again saying now you have to make another payment of rs. 3750 otherwise the previous purchase is useless. They also forced me to buy the product and also asked me timesjob password details.
So I bought the product and again they called me saying to complete the entire procedure you need to make another payment of 2000 rupees. I got suspicious and called customer care of timesjob.
He said its not needed to pay more for a single package.
I contacted timesjob.Com with order ID but they have not replied yet.
I have got those true products but I was forced to buy the second one costing 3750 rupees which wasnt necessary.
Transaction date :15th september 2012
items which I wanted to buy : resume zapper
items which I was told to buy compulsarily else resume zapper would go waste is : jobseek
I also have the details of the reprsentatives of timesjob who called me
parvin : 09250452268
also the number from where I got call was : +911133597900
total loss incurred to me so that those vendors get thier incentives was 3750.
I called up customer care they said its thier vendors trying to fool the people.
