my car is theft on dated 16 march 1999 i had been full insourd i claim to oriental insorance co but co deny to pay claim i won the case from ghaziabad court but co appeal in lakhnow court case date 25 nov 2009 case no 531/07 so plz tell me what i do and will be

you must appear in lucknow court and contest the appeal on 25th November. if you are unable to go yourself, engage a counsel to represent you. Your personal appearance before the court is not must. As regards the grounds or infirmities, if any, in the order, the same cannot be commented upon for want of facts.
