Legal Question in Consumer Law in India

my case was dismissed in default by hon'ble consumer court. it was niether hon'ble forum's fault nor mine, it might be a mistake in hearing of date or a typographical error. but now when i filed my restoration application to reopen the case, then court demanded one more application for condonation for delay. but as Iam not an advocate i dont know how to make that application. actually i dont have the format of this application. I need the format of the application for condonation for delay. I will be very thankfull.

there is no specific format for application for condonation of delay. You make an application in the manner you have filed an application for restoration. In the application give the reason for delay in filing the restoration application. you have to explain the delay as to why there is delay. Explain the delay in full and file your affidavit along with the application that the contents in the application are true.
