in case of a purchase of an industrial gala from an investor. what are the documents required from the investor while signing the deed

You need to verify all the documents like his previous agreement with Builder / Seller, the 7/12 extract, the O C, whether the gala has been mortgaged, lease etc before signing the sale deed.
