Change of Name
I have purchased a resale house in Koparkhairane, Navi Mumbai,
An agreement between seller and purchaser is drafted with a seller spelling mistake in Conveyance Deed and agreement. and now stamp duty and registration is completed.
Please let me know the process to correct the seller name in agreement.

You may rectify the mistake with authentication by all the parties or the same may be mentioned in the bottom as endorsement before registration of the document.
