cheating case aganist adventure resorts ltd

i have invested Rs 4000 on 31/05/1999 in this company.

I have 40 shares ,appl. no 279545,series B, folio no B011236, certificate no 151889 to 151892, dist no 1518881 to 1518920.

After time period i have tied to company for payments but i no respone form the company and i have heared that the coompany is fake. so please tell how i can file complaint aganist the company or if there is online process to file complaint aganist them so please replay

If the company is fake, you may file a complaint of fraud with the police.

Keeping into view the amount involved, it may not be worth to file a civil suit for recovery against the person to whom you made the payment because of litigation expense and the time involved in the process.

It is a criminal case rather corporate. Complaint may be lodged at Police Station.

your amount is so small that your litigation cost may be more than amount.
