Cheating in online shopping

Hello Sir, I paid the bidding amount in bank a/c of seller after wining the same on ebay website. Seller did not send the product even after 8 month. He is not traceble except his bank a/c. What to do ?

You can trace the address from bank and also address given by seller.File the complaint with consumer forum.

The seller as well as the website both are liable for the act, which is cheating. You can lodge complaint regarding cheating as well as can bring action for recovery of amount, beside the consumer forum.
