Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
A chemist advertised that he would pay a reward of Rs.100 to any one who contracted influenza after using a prescription supplied by him,if used according to the directions supplied with it.X and Y both purchased the prescription and used it,and contracted influenza, X had seen the advertisement but Y had not.Can they both or either of them recover Rs.100 from the chemist?
