cheque bounce issue
in a cheque bounce case if a punishment is given to person responsible dishounering,does the punishment absolves the culprit from paying the dues to complaintee.

yes if he undergoes the punishment which generally is for payment as compenstion of an amount of cheque or something more on failure imprisionment if he undergoes imprisonment

No, it does not. The payee of the cheque is still entitled to recover his money. The punishment may rather strengthen his case.
