cheque bounce

somebody has given me post dated account payee cheque and the cheque when i submitted in bank was bounced and the person is not attending my call.so what to do?and how to do?please convey me the guideline.

You may consider initiating action under the Negotiable Instruments Act. You may need to serve a notice of demand upon the drawer and then file the complaint within the stipulated time limit.

You may want to engage a counsel for pursuing your remedy.
