Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
Chq. Bounce
Dear Team,
We have won a case of chq. bounce. Oppition is give a term of 4 months in prisone and also a fine of 1+ Lac apart from actual amount.
Is it true if he completes his term in prisone, we shall lose our money.
If, yes what is a quick mean to recover it. As we won this case after 3yrs.
what are the other alternative for him and us??
plz, guide asap. if useful information is there for us, plz assist us

Your judgement needs to be peruse as generally imprisonment and fine are awarded differently.
