clarification
Attorney Sudershan Goel's counseling on the matter of �deficiency� vide message 702408773 from Lawguru has been discussed and action on the lines suggested will be take in the form of a PIL in High court Chennai. The case will be tax payer �vs�Chennai Metropolitan Development Authorities (Govt) Please advise on stamp duties payable on filing the case on the part of tax payer.

Re: clarification
You may better engage a local counsel for filing of case. However, the amount of stamp duty payable for a P.I.L. is very nominal, depending upon each State High Court.
