Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
I am a client of Angel Commodity Broking Pvt. Ltd. After agreement I had been trading on my Laptop on Internet at my home on Angel Diet Platform provided by Angel Commodities Broking Pvt. Ltd. since 02.11.2012. I never authorized any person/dealer for trading on behalf of myself. Persons/dealers posted at Nehru Place Branch were placing orders forcefully without my consent. I objected on this unlawful act of the dealer on phone. But the dealers/persons did not stop this practice. Then I sent email to feedback@angel broking.com on 15.11.2012 to do needful. No proper action has been taken by Angel Broking. On 16.11.2012. I again sent email requesting to stop placing order and in this mail I clearly mentioned that In future I will not accept any order/trade done by your persons. The dealers/persons at Nehru place acted like Gundas and continued to place orders forcefully. Ultimately I stopped trading after 29.11.2012. Due to this unlawful act of dealer of Angel Broking Ltd. I suffered a huge loss.
Important to state that in the Angel Diet Trading Platform there has been made no provision to prevent others to place orders/trade. So it is not secured and fully safe to trade.
I, therefore, request you to advise me What step should I take to recover my lost money.

You can complain to respective Exchange / SEBI (Securities Board of India) for the same. You can even file a police complaint on dealers who acted like gundas.
