how consumer can claim back the advance given to the company when the said firm is under liquidation as per court order.

send a application to the liquidator appointed by court for the refund of ur advance given to the company

You have to file a claim under form 66 before the official liquidator of the concerned high court. The liquidator shall adjudicate your claim on the bases of documents provided by you and call you when the final disbursement of the money is being done to the creditors of the company in liquidation.
