Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
I want to know if consumer court president convict the person. Then he will suspend the sentence immediately till the filling of appeal or not.
I know appeal filled before appellant court but during filling of appeal the accused send to jail or give the bail till the filling of appeal as lower court procedure.
