consumer dispute

if a mobile company denies to give a call statement to its pre-paid consumer by just saying that call statement is not given to pre-paid costumers, then what are the reliefs to such consumer and how can he get the statement to know the irregularities of the service provider?

plz tell me the law on this point.

It depends upon the terms and conditions of the purchase of the pre-paid connection.

But in equity, if the mobile company had made any irregularities that are affecting you, you have a right to ask the call statement.

You can file a complaint in the district consumer forum under Consumer Law Act or you can also complaint against the mobile company with Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI).
