what shall one do if the bank has paid the cheque amount to the institute in which i am studying but the institute says it hasn;t received any amount?

good afternoon

first go the bank and ask them if it is been realised. and if yes then take the acknowledgement.

you can always file a case in small cause court having sufficient evidences regarding your enrollment etc.

consult a lawyer

Take certificate from the bank regarding paying the amount of cheque issued by you to your insitute than file case against the institue in the proper court of law.

you take a statement from the bank along with a letter for having paid teh amount to the institute and proceed against teh institute in court of law

Firstly took letter in writing that the institution did not received amount through your cheque and also took the Bank Account Nmber of your institution.

then or alternatively approach the Bank and verify whether the cheque amount was paid to the institution or to any other account by mistake.

If you have crossed your cheque then you can know who withdraw your cheque through your banker. If it was not crossed, try to find whether the cheque was presented through banker or personally.

If the cheque was presented through banker then you can recover your amount.

Try to give full details then only we are able to give suitable answer.

first give the letter to the institute of the delivery of amount and then go to the bank take the record of receipt of amount by the institute and then show it to the institute.

go to court only when the institute deies even then.
