Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
consumer protection
under consumer protection Act the definition of service states that it does not include service availed for free of cost. Does that mean service availed in a government hospital by a consumer does not come under the definition of consumer protection Act.
But the same act specifies that it includes all public, privat and cooperative bodies.
