consumer protection
case: a person has won a car in a competition run by a mobile campany later a message was displayed on his mobile that he has won a brand new car.. the consumer when claimed , he thought that he would be getting a brand new car of the latest model.. which he didnt get.. so i m on the side of this consumer and i want relevent case laws on my side.. kindly respond quickly
