India also has a Sale of Goods Act and a Consumer Protection Act. You could additionally consider the provisions of the Indian Contract Act, 1872. However, sending you the bare Acts will not be possible through this channel. Please email us personally for further details or information or hard copy of the relevant bare Acts. In India the relationship between the consumer and trader is regulated by several laws like:Consumer Protection Act,Sale of Goods Act,Monoplies and Restrictive Trade Practices Commission Act, Indian Contract Act etc.You have not specified your problem, hence if you want to know somthing specificly then you have to give details of your problem.
