I have seriour complain as to poor performance of my car I would like to file suit against car mfg and dealer.

You are entitled to file a complaint before the appropriate Consumer Forum / Commission and claim damages.

you can file a case against manufacturer in the Consumer court

If it is a manufacturing defect, you can file a case against the manufacturer.

If there is deficiency in services by the dealer, you can file a case against the dealer.
