Legal Question in Consumer Law in India

courier problem

Courier company says we deliver anything anywhere any time which I feel as false. A consignment no.58063695406 was booked in Blue Dart couriers from Mumbai to Khariar (450Kms from Bhubaneswar) in my father�s name who is 70yrs. Now the Blue Dart says come and collect it in BBSR. When the parcel has been booked till Khariar why shall we go and collect it in BBSR. If they were not able to deliver it in the given address why did they receive the parcel. My question is if we file a complain in the District consumer forum which is 70Kms will it help to get the remedy. Is there any way to file a consumer redressal complain by post or Internet. A scanned copy of the receipt is with me.

go there and engage a lawyer and u can file the complaint.. i am sure that u will get the benefit.

It would be very much physible that you go and contact a lawyer and engage him to file the complaint.
