Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
Do I have a right , as a customer, to know records of every activity (inclusive of financial & communications/ documentations etc. ) that has taken place with regard to my loan account ?

You have a right especially with statement of account. However, if there are charges applicable to supply copy to you, then you must pay for the same.
