Legal Question in Consumer Law in India

Dear sir,

1.Builder/Developer of the building formed a pvt ltd co registered under company act without flat owners consent

2. 80% flat owners attempt for registration of Co-Operative Housing society rejected by the Registrar on account of the builders actiion.

kindly advice how can we form a society as the builder is non coperative and also runs a restaurant in the same building.

Important thing in this is to see the Memorandum of the company for its object clause. If the object clause of the company in its memorandum is different than the object of the society, the society may be formed and registered
