Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
DEAR SIR,
I NEED YOUR LEGAL ADVICE ON THIS MATTER :-
IN AUGUST, 2008 I HAVE TAKEN ADMISSION IN A
PRIVATE INSTITUTE FOR MBA AND I HAVE DEPOSITED
1 YEAR COURSE FEE IN ADVANCE.
JUST AFTER 6 MONTHS, DIRECTOR OF INSTITUTE STARTED DEMANDING MORE MONEY FROM ME EXCEPT THE OFFICIAL FEE AND WHEN I STRONGLY TOLD HIM THAT I CAN'T GIVE HIM MORE MONEY THAN THE DIRECTOR OF INSTITUTE HAS RUSTICATED ME WITHOUT ANY REASON .
I HAVE REGISTERED AN FIR AGAINST THE DIRECTOR OF INSTITUTE UNDER SECTION 418/406 IPC.
AND I HAVE ALSO FILED A CASE IN DISTRICT CONSUMER FORUM FOR REFUNDING OF MY FEE.
I NEED YOUR ADVICE/TIPS TO WIN THE CONSUMER CASE.
KINDLY SEND ME YOUR VALUABLE ADVICE TO MY EMAIL.
REGARDS.
