Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
Dear Sir,
As per the boucher and various facilities offered by one of the well know builders in Banglore, we booked the apartment and have paid the full amount . The apartment will be ready in end of April 2010, but other facilities such as swimming pools. children park and various other recreaction facilities are not ready. Do I have the right to charge interest and to take any legal action
Please advise
