Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
Dear Sir
I had booked a flat with Devi Builders in Pune by paying the booking amount of Rs.1.00 lakh and entered a sale deed on paying stamp duty and got registered. Builder issued a NOC for bank loan in favour of syndicate bank which was refused by that Bank saying that the land on which construction site is there is in RED Zone. I again asked the builder for NOC in favour of bank of maharashtra which he refused saying that He will not issue the NOC again instead he said that he has cancelled my booking and has alloted the same flat some other person..
Can he do this ??????
And also request you to give the reference of any case law of apex court, national commissioner state commission reported under consumer protection act or any other court.
