Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
Dear Sir
i have bought a office .... the building owner has cut down my water supply and he is asking me for 35000/- rs .transfer fee but their is no such type of society and association made in the building..or no one has ever paid such type of money before.....shall i go to the court and file a case agianst him..is their any such law ......is any such person can cut the water supply ......... please advice me

have you purchased the office space or you have taken it on rent. Secondly what sort of transfer fee the owner is asking for?
