Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
Dear Sir,
I need your valuable advice on the matter "that if a private education
institute, rusticated
to a Innocent student without adopting any legal procedure and an FIR has
been registered
against the institute under section 418/406 IPC.
In above situation, student can file consumer case for refund of his fee ?
as institute
has deposited 1 year's fee in advance and not given proper education.
Kindly advice.
