Legal Question in Consumer Law in India

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am resident of Wadgaonsheri Pune, my wife is 6 month pregnant, I have consulted one hospital but I am unsatisfied can you please answer me on following points

Following points,

Is there is any rule that Doctors should frame their Degrees/Certificates on the reception of their Hospitals

Whether Doctor have to write consulting fees on reception

Whether Doctors have to write their registration number on their letter head where they subscribe medicine

These are the basic points I asked them but they says me that there is rule like that. Can you please suggest me needful answer

Dear there is not a such hard and fast rule for all these. But if you have any doubt regarding their credibility you can ask for such certificate. Or if there is any negligence you can go against them.
