Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
Dear Sir,
My name is sujata suri and i am facing a problem of getting share certificate from the society.The secretary is saying to get the share certificate we will have to pay the entire home loan and get the original papers from bank.
This proprty is located in virar west. Kindly please let us know whether if there is such law and what are the necessary steps taken against the society

if u pledge the shares for getting loan then u r liable otherwise u r not liable
