Deficiency in service

SIR,

My friend participated in a matrimonial meet of directly choosing the partner by a leading matrimonial service provider. He registered with required fees and undergone necessary formalities. At the time of event he came to know that the age printed in the list is wrong and no fruitful contacts materialised. Moreover he was scolded by the few mistakenly as he had done the actual mistake. what kind of remedy can be suitable for him, with compensation??

If it was his mistake better do nothing but if it was there mistake claim refund by issuing legal notice thru your lawyer with compensation.

Please confirm whether the company just forwards the resume they received from other people as it is or the company themselves punch in the contacts details in their communication to you?
