Legal Question in Consumer Law in India

deficiency in service

I am thankful to Attorney Sudershan Goel for answering my question on the above subject in detail. He had quoted a Punjab and Haryana Court judgement and mentioned it as Ansal Housing Vs State of Hariyana (2000)1 PLR(PB) 663. I tried to get the details of the judgement from web site juris but could not. I am in need of the case number and date of judgement or he can advise me how to download via internet.

The judgement may not be available on the net. You may need to get hold of the book either from a library - lawyer or court; or from the publisher.

PLR stands for Punjab Law Reporter and may be available in the library of your State High Court or in the Supreme court of India library.
