delay

There is a delay of 48 days in lodging an FIR by the police. How to prove with relevant cases that the delay can not be the ground for rejecting the insurance claim of theft of a Tractor.

Ask for the surveyor report from the company under the right to information Act and see what he has written. In case he has written that the theft is genuine but rejected the claim on ground of delay then you can file a Complaint as>>

1. With the Ombudsman in your city

or

2. In the Consumer Forum.
